Our Staff

 Stefania Anderson is the Founder of Impact Salon Sales. She was born in Budapest, Hungary and came to Canada as a refugee with her parents, at the age of 9 years old. As a widower, raising two girls, in 1986, she began in the beauty industry by being one of the first people to bring Paul Mitchell hair products into Canada. She built and sold her hair distribution company in 1993. Breaking out of the hair industry and into esthetics, she started Impact Salon Sales in 1994. What has always been important to Stef is quality products, quality people and quality service. She has passed this passion along to her daughter and staff. Stefania, her husband, and their precious cat Tinker live west of Stony Plain on an acreage. She is no longer involved in daily operations, however, she always has her finger on the pulse of the business. (keeping Karla in line) 

Karla Anderson is Impact Salon Sales Director/Consultant. She is a mother of three grown sons, and lives on an acreage outside of Stony Plain with her AWESOME husband and their Amazing “Cheeky” Dog.

Simone Sieg joined Impact Salon Sales at the end of 2011, bringing almost 20 years of retail experience.  She previously worked in various aspects of the retail industry, including shipping receiving and assistant manager. As of June 2015, Simone has worked her way up to General Manager of Everyday Operations for Impact Salon Sales. Her hard work and dedication to all aspects of the business makes her a valuable resource for staff and customers alike! She lives in Spruce Grove.

Jody Wiebe is the newest full time member of our team starting with Impact in 2018! She handles all of our warehouse shipping and receiving, as well as a million other little detailed tasks we throw at her. She is a whirlwind of helpfulness and energy, and she loves to make sure our customers are getting the BEST possible service. Jody lives west of Stony Plain with her hubby and all the wildlife critters Jody can manage to feed.
