Description
Phat Kat Builder in a Bottle is a soak-off building base that allows you to create a stronger, more natural manicure with ease. The brush on formula will self level but not run. You can soak off with acetone (15-20 minutes) for complete product removal or file off for partial product removal for a fill.
Application:
Apply an even layer on top of the phat Kat base. Fully cure for 60s in a UV/LED lamp or 120s in UV. Reapply as desired for added strength and structure. Apply phat Kat colour on top of dispersion layer or buffed surface and top coat.
