How To Place an Order

Who Can Purchase?

Impact Salon Sales is a wholesale beauty supplier that sells only to licensed beauty professionals. We require that our customers provide us with their professional certification (nail, esthetic or both) or salon/spa business license in order to set up an account. Once we receive this information, it is kept on file so that you don’t have to re-send with follow up orders.

To set up an account, you can go to our registration page OR you call us at 1-800-661-4271 if you have ANY questions. There is always a REAL person here, happy to help you. We DON’T have an automatic answering machine…so feel free to call if you need help.

Placing Orders

There are a number of ways that you can place an order with us.

1. You can actually pick up the phone and talk to a real person who will be happy to help you!! 1-800-661-4271
2. You can register on this website, and once your registration is approved, you will have access to pricing and can use the shopping cart and wishlist functions on the website. Please note that all sale prices on sale items will not show on your first order draft. We will manually apply any discounts that are not showing, and send you a revised order for your approval before we ship. Once order content and totals have been approved by you, we will take payment and ship.

Shipping and/or Pick Up Info

Impact Salon Sales is located in Stony Plain, AB. We ship all of our products via CANPAR or CANADA POST. Generally, orders placed by noon get sent out the same day. Shipping fees are based on the weight and dimension of the order. ORDERS UNDER 10LBS have a flat shipping fee of 9.99 plus GST.  95% of the orders we get are under 10 lbs! Orders under 10lbs shipping to Eastern Canada have a flat shipping fee of 19.95. If your order is over 10lbs, we will calculate the shipping and only send subject to your approval! We always let you know before we ship, and we only charge you what the carrier charges us.

If you are in the area, you can shop in our showroom. We have 10% discount days in the showroom every first Monday of the month (We default to Tuesday if a STAT holiday falls on the Monday) Come in and see us! We love to visit with you!

All orders must be paid for in full before they are shipped or can be picked up. For orders that will be shipped, we accept Visa, Master Card and email money transfers. For pick up orders, we accept Cash, Debit Cards, Visa and Master Card.

Return/Exchange Info

You have 5 business days to report order discrepancies and/or damaged items. You will be directed at the time of reporting how to handle returns etc. Any returns for other reasons must be pre-authorized by us and must be done within 15 days of receiving your order. Any merchandise that is authorized to be returned must be

  • Unopened and unused (still in its plastic wrap).
  • Must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item being returned was not the item ordered by the customer and where the error rests with Impact Salon Sales.

Impact Salon Sales will not exchange or provide an in store credit for items returned more than 15 days of the date indicated on the invoice. We will not accept the return of opened/used items.

Impact Salon Sales will replace merchandise items only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. (Must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order)

Back Order Info:

If we don’t have an item in stock, we will create a back order for you only if you request it. Otherwise, we will wait until you re-order. If you choose to have us create a back order, we will notify you once the product arrives and ask if there is anything that you would like to add to your order. All back orders are subject to a $10.49 shipping fee, so if you add to the order, you will get all items shipped for $10.49.

Privacy/Information:

When you set up an account, all the information you send us is carefully stored and protected against unauthorized access in our accounting/book keeping system. We do not sell, trade or share this information with any one else. We automatically add you to our monthly email newsletter, which you are given the option to unsubscribe from. Once you unsubscribe, we cannot add you back unless you authorize us to. The only circumstance that your information would be shared is if we were to be purchased as a company by a third party. Under this circumstance, your information would be part of that transaction.
